In 2013, the clinic was moved to downtown Parksville, BC. Our clinic offers a warm and welcoming environment for patients. We even have some of the most exquisite artwork from our favourite artists. We are committed to using quality materials along with the latest fabrication technology. It was a lucky day, and a lucky life when I got introduced to Jasmine, and a little later James. Only anyone who has lost their teeth can identify to the loss of identity. The entire experience of getting new replacement dentures was efficient. Dr James and all the staff were friendly and supportive, and my new dentures are amazing - I can't stop smiling.

I would recommend James and his courteous staff to do any Denture work for my friends family and acquaintances. I live in Whitehorse, Yukon. When I was in visiting Parksville, James built me a set of teeth to put in when mine were extracted. They fit. I went in once for adjustment as gums shrunk for additional align before returning home. On my return about three years later James then checked alignment then made me the permanent set of teeth I am still using . Teeth fit great and do not cause me any problems. My experience was great. Costs were honored as when our original deal was made on the start. Even though prices may of gone up due to inflation.I plan on visiting Parksville in December of this year. I plan on stopping in to say hello and wish them all the best wishes for a great Christmas and may 2023 be even better than 2022. Sincerely John Higgins

What a privilege to have been in the hands of James and staff at the Parksville Denture Clinic. Since childhood, I've spent time fighting to overcome fear and nervousness of doctors and dentists. Arriving at the Parksville Denture Clinic ... it took no time to appreciate the calmness of the office and friendly professionalism of staff, and particular James Cherry. I needed a new upper denture and was hesitant and a little nervous to try a new denturist but I can highly recommend James. My teeth fit exceptionally well and eating is once again a pleasure. James takes the time to explain the newest procedures and he is a perfectionist in his work. The staff are professional and very helpful and always made me feel so welcome. James Cherry was my denturist. I highly recommend both James and the staff members during my recent process of having new dentures made.The care of both James and the staff members was excellent, from the beginning of the process to the final fitting of the dentures. I know this will continue on while having my implants installed.

I had ten dental implants - six on top and four in the bottom of my mouth. This was completed over 11 years ago. The upper included a Marius Bridge with a removable denture secured by two pins. The bottoms were permanent. There were so many problems with the bar and with the teeth. The terrible "fit" caused insecurity, anxiety, and pain for me. Uppers and lowers had to be completely redone including a new and different bar in the upper jaw. The new removable denture is one that easily snaps in and out. James, using a photograph of me smiling prior to my dental implant surgery, recreated my original look. He replicated the original teeth and created a proper bite for me. Prior to his work, I couldn't eat properly. I bit my cheeks and my tongue every time that I chewed. I did not have a proper bite which caused chronic pain in my jaw. Now, I look as I did prior to the implant surgery. I can eat a meal and enjoy it. I have a proper bite and no pain. I have confidence and I no longer feel anxious about eating. These new teeth are as close to my original teeth as anything could be! They look amazing; I would recommend James and his "crew" to anyone! He worked long, long hours and he took his time when I came in for every visit. The work was completed in a timely manner. He was kind and concerned. His goals were: that I feel good about the final product, that I have an ability to eat properly, and that I felt positive about how the teeth looked. The whole staff was as excited as I was with my new teeth. What an amazing Christmas present for me!

I recently had my dentures made at Parksville Denture Clinic. They are a wonderful group of professionals that helped me relax as I adjusted to life with dentures. Their attention to detail and to the physical and emotional needs of the patient are exceptional. The end product is great. My smile looks natural and exceeded my expectations. Providing dental care during the covid pandemic is extremely difficult and the clinic has met the challenges and is providing a very safe environment. This is a great place to get dentures and I highly recommend it

I would definitely recommend Parksville Denture Clinic. They have always taken such good care of me. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my hectic schedule and have always been there in an emergency such as last week when I dropped my partial and it broke in half. They fit me in the very next morning and had it repaired within a little over an hour. I live in Nanaimo but go to Parksville or their Qualicum Beach office . Love them
