I had a very pleasant experience this past week. I had an oil change at the Great Canadian Oil Change service centre in Parksville, B. C. Not a local resident, but being from out of town and my Ford F350 in need of a regularly scheduled oil change, I decided to have the servicing done in Parksville. I was greeted by a very pleasant young man named Callum. He attended to the servicing in a very professional manner, taking time to share a status report on my vehicle’s condition and possible additional maintenance requirements. He showed me my very dirty air filter, and at my request he was quick to provide a new replacement. I want to thank Callum and The Great Canadian Oil Change for a very trouble-free pleasant experience.
