STAY AWAY from Limona. What a nightmare first 18 months trying to deal with this builder. Bought a brand new home and has been nothing but issues since. Terrible heating system which does not warm house (forced to buy heater to get babies room above 15c in colder months). Cracks and pops in drywall / Garage door won't close / major gaps in kitchen floor. Upstairs floor is so loud to walk on it wakes the baby from naps. Sadly the staff and ownership is even worse. Completely ignoring all but a few of our 1 year walk through deficiencies and at 1 year 8 months and almost 3 weeks still nothing has been fixed. I was told by owner of Limona face to face I should sell my house if I didn't like it when questioned about their quality.
