Student or sliding scale therapists/psychologists Hey everyone,
I just moved to Victoria about five months ago (new to Reddit as well) and unfortunately I've been having some issues with mental health. Does anyone know of any good sliding scale therapists or psychologists in Victoria, preferably close to Esquimalt? My sister in Toronto also suggested seeking out grad students who are looking for more experience but I'm not sure if that's a thing here.
I've been to the Esquimalt Neighbourhood House for a few months and they're awesome but unfortunately I feel like I might need something a little more.
Thanks in advance!
