Had to call for an elderly client pick-up in our place of business. Never got to speak with a human; waited to speak with a dispatcher perhaps close to 10 minutes. The driver could not see the name he was dispatched to, so passed by, however, that was not a problem, and if I ever do get to speak with a human at Westwind Taxi, I will let them know they need to update their information re; our signage vs. our clinic name . My complaint or constructive criticism is the attitude of the driver who was so upset that our name (set up for automatic service /years ago) did not match the name on the building, however, it is clearly marked as an Optometry office. Granted, that is frustrating, but it is unprofessional to go on about the error with a grumpy attitude, as well as, ungracious to accept a sincere apology - making us all uncomfortable.
