We've had Fresh Look (formerly Sears) clean our carpets for a long, long time. The service is considerate, professional and friendly. They make sure I know when they're coming and they call later to make sure we're satisfied! And the main thing, the carpet cleaning, is as good as I could ever hope for. Our carpets continue to look like new!
