The owner/operator of this business is a con artist, and if you look up his business address you won't find it. I made a verbal agreement with him that he could have my car, but that I would keep my tires. He agreed and said he would bring back my winter tires. This was on November 15th, when he left with my car in tow he told me once he got it back to his shop in Sooke that he would take the tires off and bring them back within a week. Two weeks later I was still waiting for the tires, so I called him November 30th (a weekday) and asked if I could just pick up my tires myself from his shop in Sooke where he stated they were stored. He said that nobody is at the shop, and that there is rarely anyone there on weekdays. He said call him on a weekend and I could come grab them. I called him in the afternoon on December 5th (a Sunday), and asked for the address to come get them but he said it was too late in the day for me to come pick them up, and that he would drop them off late on in the week. I called him on December 21st. He told me he had been too busy and would drop them off soon. I called him again January 1st hoping again that I could just go pick them up myself. This time when I mentioned Corolla tires it's like he had forgot who I was because he said “Yeah, I have some for sale”. Then asked if I wanted to buy one pair or two pair (now he is actively trying to sell me my tires at this point). I reminded him who I was, and I asked again to pick them up myself. He gave me the run around restating there was no one there and began to get aggressive with me and blaming me for not picking up my tires up myself, even though every day and time I tried too didn't work for him. Nor did he ever give me the address when I asked for it, so that I could pick them up. At this point I know I'll never get my near new $700 tires back. Services: Local hauling, Car towing
