Looking for a non-traditional wedding venue Hi! I'm helping my friends organize their wedding of 80 people. We want to find a spot to host a potluck reception/keg party and have an irish folk band play, where we can stay late and some people can sleep over. Victoria preferred, but we're open to anywhere on the island/gulf islands if the price is right. We are thinking a big house with a big backyard so we can have accommodations for some people, or even a farm where people can camp. Any suggestions on a farm that rents out to event? As long as there's a covered barn or something like that to party in, in addition to camping space, that would be great. A BnB that isn't $5k a night that we could rent the whole thing out for the event would be awesome too. We've looked for campgrounds that may work but nothing has popped up.
