Hey folks,
Taking a trip to Quebec City in August with wife and 10yr old daughter. Food recommendations???
For context we are both chefs having worked all around the globe. Our daughter is 10 yet open to pretty much any cuisine however we are not too interested in hitting any of the "haute cuisine" spots with her.
Top notch but funky, cool relaxed joints, family friendly traditional is what we are looking for this trip.
