Newly moved back to PA and need to find a groomer for my two Pekingese rescues. I need someone that will allow them to be kennelled together, and can handle not putting a tether on my female as she has a collapsing larynx. Any recommendations appreciated

Well, darn, my dog's groomer has officially retired so I need to find one locally who does nail grinding, shampooing, and cuts. He is a cockapoo and usually does not like the grooming process. Recommendations, please.
