0 star rating. First review for ICad, I wonder why. On ICad’s website Jim has listed 65 previous clients and not one has posted a review, now I know why. I provided Jim with two prototypes, and a list of requirements and measurements. I told him that I required plastic injection mold CAD drawing. Four weeks later, I asked Jim to provide me with an update. He sends me sketches of both prototypes, not what I requested, and one of the sketches was totally wrong. I told him that the sketches were useless to me, I don’t think he even read my requirements and there was no measurements on the sketches. I told Jim that I was going to find another company, within a short period of time he sends me an invoice for $682.00. I told him that I was not going to pay him for a couple of sketches that I didn’t ask for. I wanted CAD drawings not sketches. Now he is telling me that he is going to keep my prototypes because I didn’t pay him. Do not retain Jim for any of your projects, you will regret it.
