The robotic server did nothing to change the fact that the food is crap! Had a cheeseburger - the bun was mushy, cheap garbage, the french fries bulk frozen crinkle cut (likely the cheapest thing they could find?) The Cesar salad ($2.00 extra) was tiny. Always amazes me that people who can't cook and have no idea what constitutes good food find themselves in the business and wondering why it fails! As any moron knows, the key to a successful restaurant is GOOD FOOD! Hire Gordon Ramsey to fix it if you want to survive.

Well Hardy's is really trying to hard to be fancy. The service was horrible to be honest the server did not even know what her job was. She was walking around trying to find some thing to do. She was not tending to her tables. Then when our food came out it was cold and our burgers were under cooked and still raw in many parts. We told our server and she just rolled it off like nothing was wrong. I thought this place would be a little more professional but I was sadly mistaken. All the servers here are trying way to hard at this place. Would I recommend this place HARD no would I come back not a chance. I hate to say this but you can get a better meal and service from Dennys and that says a lot. I feel sorry for the owners that put there money into this place it is beautiful inside but the service and food say it all.

My friend and I had our first lunch at your new restaurant in Colwood today. The food was fantastic and the service superb. We will definitely be back.
