Forest for Dinner is on a mission to make wild foods more accessible. We believe the delicate and unique wild foods that grow in the vast wildernesses of Vancouver Island deserve to be experienced by more people.
By harvesting in a manner which safe-guards the ecosystems in which these plants grow, our expert foragers are able to gather a variety of seasonal specialities including mushrooms, greens, berries, and spices.
Our processing facility is located in the heart of the island, in Port Alberni at the Dock + food hub, where our artisans then package and process these goods into a unique and distinctive line of dried, fresh, frozen, & preserved products.
