I have been doing Yoga most of my adult life . When I moved from Ont to Qualicum Beach BC four years ago I found Jill my registering in her classes pre Covid . Enjoyed them right from the start . They were different and she made me laugh . Of course we switched to Zoom and I still really enjoy that possibility several times a week . Jill is not your average yoga teacher . She’s different in such a good way esp her technique. It’s not about the POSE for her but how we get to it . It’s not so much about the stretch but the relaxation of the muscles . I’ve never experienced such body awareness. She’s kind , beautiful, caring , dependable snd she’s funny . Give it a try . I did and I’m hooked on her mindful movement.
