I work in the legal field, although I am not a lawyer, but as a researcher using this platform, I write an opinion about lawyers from a different angle, that is, what the opponent can expect if the given lawyer represents his ex. I had nothing to do with this lawyer other than to observe and evaluate his professional conduct regarding my project. Aside from looking unsavory that he tried hard to hide under his black robes, he looked grotesque. This man is a joke. He'd get more credit in the afterlife as a psychologist than as a lawyer. This lawyer's strength is gaslighting. His severe repetitive reverse philosophical questioning was very cleverly used in high stress situations to make the witness (you) lose its cool and look exactly how he wants you to look in front of the judge. He provokes, you react. You fail and this is how he wins. This misguided behavior brings him the success and not his advocacy of truth. He knows the law, but he does not practice justice. He attacks a person's livelihood/mental state/behavior with an unfounded, one-sided report. Someone with slower cognitive function is perfect prey. There is no way they can escape his attacks. You need a consul with strong ethical and moral motivation, or you will fall into his trap. I wondered if he had ever been reported at the bar. I'm suggesting you to dig it up, if not and you feel acting like the one should be reported do it, but after the trial. He is one of those scum who should be disciplined if they break the rules of professional conduct. A truly disreputable lawyer who would be suspended or disbarred by the bar association.
