George has been a real professional. He's always available. He explained things thoroughly. He asked us about what our long term plans were for our living situation. He explained what he would do if it were him. He provided clear pricing, a clear timeline, and showed up and completed the work as scheduled. My dog is typically scared of men and even he liked George! The best trade experience I've had since moving to the island. If you want a great product with superior service, call George!

We had a water leak in our crawl space from the well pressure tank switch. Originally on the phone, owner George thought it was a bladder failed in the tank but when he inspected the tank he said we only needed a new switch. I also decided to replace our fifteen year old hot water tank while he was there. Excellent workmanship! George is trustworthy, efficient, experienced and I was very pleased to know that there is an qualified plumber in the Parksville/Qualicum area.
