I'm looking for some property. I've checked several states and they all have different laws. In Oregon, for example, if I buy residential property (I was looking at remote properties) I have to have a min. 600 sq ft home. If I camp on it, I am only allowed to stay 2 weeks and need a permit! I was told the police would haul me off my own property if I stayed any longer! You aren't allowed to live on recreational property either. So far Montana and Alaska are the only states I've found that doesn't care if you live in a Tiny House or something. Does anybody know of any off grid tiny house friendly areas that aren't seriously humid?
