Over the very cold snap dec 22 we tried several different companies to come and fix my mother's furnace that crapped out. Nobody would come. Robin was also called and was there the very same day. He repaired our previous companies mistakes. He did inform us that a new furnace would be needed in the near future. Sadly the furnace died again two weeks later, and again robin came after an already long day to get it running again. He succeeded. Robin arranged for a new furnace and we had it in 2 days. Today in the horrible wind and rain he is installing the new furnace and chimney. I cant thank robin enough. So many others turned us away leaving a 91 year old woman to remain cold. We will continue to have robin come in the future for all our furnace requirements. His work is impeccable and we highly recommend him to anyone. Chris
